Jessica's attention to details on the marketing of my property was beyond compare. Her advertising campaign on social media was ideal. Her pre-marketing videos and posts created tremendous buzz about my property and we had 14 offers the first two days it was available for showings. This is even during the COVID-19 epidemic which added new layers of difficulties with showing the property. With that said we were in escrow within the first week.
